Michigan Glass Projects Sweepstakes Rules

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This sweepstakes is intended to play in Michigan, United States, only, and will be governed by U.S. Law. Only open to legal residents of the State of Michigan 21 years of age or older. Do not enter if you are not eligible.

Sweepstakes Entry Period:
Begins at 12am on 5/20/2024 and ends at 12am on 6/10/2024.
How to Enter:
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by including their information through the Michigan Glass Project Giveaway Sign up form, available through QR codes featured at our Element branded Vendor Days, linked in or Weekly Newsletter, The Drop, and featured in other supporting social platforms.
Tampering with the entry process or not following the rules may lead to disqualification, which Sponsor may do in its sole discretion.
Must be 21+ or older to enter. Limit 1 entry per person, any duplicate entries will declare all identical entries to be void.
Prize:
One winner will receive TWO Weekend Pass tickets to the Michigan Glass Project with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $150. Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $150.
The prize may not be exchanged by for cash or any other merchandise or service. Winner must not use awarded prize for future sweepstakes/giveaways.
Winner Notification and Restrictions:
On or around 6/11/2024, the Sponsor will randomly pick 1 prize winner from among the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Potential winners have two business days to respond to Sponsor to accept a prize or it may be forfeited. The odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries are received.
List of Winners:
A list of winners may be obtained by mailing a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Lion Labs Ltd, within 30 days of the termination of the Sweepstakes.
No Liability:
Sponsor assumes no liability or responsibility resulting from participation, attempt to participate in this Sweepstakes, or related to the prize(s).
